Dispatch usually happens one week after placing order however, Please allow up to 10 business days before dispatch. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, trips to the postoffice have been reduced. Any queries, or for expedited delivery please email info@yasminhayat.com 

Some products have a specific shipping date as mentioned in the product page.


Shipping in the UK 
If selecting standard shipping, Yasmin Hayat is not responsible for any lost or incorrect shipping addresses. A refund cannot be claimed if the item is lost when using standard (second or first class) shipping. Any issues with lost items should be taken up with Royal Mail.

An exact delivery date cannot be provided at this moment in time.

International shipping 
International orders are always sent tracked and usually via Royal Mail. Delivery times will vary and cannot be guaranteed. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred. Yasmin Hayat is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Yasmin Hayat is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Yasmin Hayat is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries please email info@yasminhayat.com before purchasing.

If an item is returned to us:
Items can be returned to us. This is usually due to two reasons:

  • A wrong address.

  • The failure to pick up an item after attempting delivery.

We will contact you as soon as we receive a returned item to arrange an alternative delivery. A new shipping fee will have to be paid. We will send you a PayPal request in that case.

If we do not hear back from you in five working days, then you forfeit your right to a new delivery or a refund
